If you believe content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter notice under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3) including your contact information, identification of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury, and consent to local federal court jurisdiction.

Avenew terminates the access of users who are determined to be repeat infringers under appropriate circumstances.
