Review note. This page is a working draft. Final language will be reviewed by Avenew's compliance officer and outside counsel before public launch. The substance reflects standard Florida real estate brokerage requirements and industry best practice.
What we collect.
Avenew collects information you provide directly — name, email, phone, search criteria, property preferences — through forms, account creation, scheduling tools, and direct communication with our agents. We also collect technical information automatically: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages visited, and referring URLs.
If you contact us through our website or sign up for property alerts, we use that information to respond, deliver the service requested, and follow up about your real estate needs.
How we use it.
- To respond to inquiries and connect you with the right Avenew agent
- To provide property search, alerts, and saved-listing services
- To analyze website performance and improve user experience
- To comply with legal obligations including Florida real estate licensing requirements
- To send Avenew newsletters or market updates (only if you opt in — unsubscribe at any time)
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your information with third parties for their independent marketing.
Third-party services.
Our website integrates with services that may collect or process limited information on our behalf:
- MIAMI MLS — for property listing data
- Google Analytics — for anonymized site usage analytics
- Stripe / payment processors — only when applicable to a transaction
Each operates under its own privacy policy.
Your rights.
