Horacio opened Avenew's first office in Doral in January 2020 with a simple rule: production comes before everything else. Six years on, that same rule now runs four offices across Miami-Dade, hundreds of licensed agents, and an expansion into Mexico City and Madrid opening in 2026.

Before founding Avenew, Horacio built his name producing, not managing — and he still measures the brokerage the same way: volume, listings, closed deals, agents activated, markets entered.
